What's included?
To make things simple, we have devised a pricing structure that includes all labour and materials for a straight boiler swap. For example an existing heat only boiler swapped for a new heat only boiler or an existing combi boiler swapped for a combi boiler.

Chemical system flush.
Up to 3m of gas pipe upgrade.
Up to 2m of condense pipe run.
Pipe, fittings and sundries.
Boiler registered Gas Safe & Manufacturer.
What isn't included?
Gas pipe upgrades over 3m.
Condense runs over 3m.
Controls, i.e room stats, programmers etc.
Verticle flues or change of boiler location/system conversions.
